Versioning

You can improve your configuration in Harvest continuously. This means however, that you also might want to save your progress. In Harvest we support this by allowing you to save versions of your work.

This allows you to save your work, but it also helps you to return to previous versions and understand what was configured in each version.

Versions are closely related to environments. If you are satisfied with the changes you made to a version and want to make use of these changes, you will publish the version to one of your environments.
